ARCTEC established a specialty group with a handful of architects in 2012, for offering services in the Architecture & Planning (A&P) Sector. The group has to date emerged as a single most reliable and reputed consultancy service nationally and internationally.

ARCTEC has three Architecture and planning Divisions at London, China and Pakistan, which employs 15 professionals including 7 architects/planners, 5 engineers & other specialists, well experienced in their respective fields.
To date ARCTEC has successfully handled 90 local and 25 overseas projects in the A&P Sector. Overseas, it has worked in United Kingdom and china.

Planning, designing, tender documentation and construction supervision of hospitals, basic health units, medical colleges, specialized clinics & allied facilities and up gradation projects for hospitals, teaching institutes and residential facilities for the medical staff.
Educational Buildings:
Projects programming and management, master planning, architecture and engineering designing, construction supervision and project coordination for institutional buildings, universities, colleges, technical training institutes, primary & secondary schools and vocational training centers
